Harmony

You may not be able to explain the harmony, but you’ll recognize it.
Because it’s coded in your unconscious mind. That’s why art, music, and literature are kinda satisfying.
I listen so much to Alan Watts and Ram Dass lectures and have noticed that it’s not only because of the content of their speeches, but also because the tone and the harmony of their voice are effective too.
Lately, I read “The Origin of Consciousness in the Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind,” and it points exactly to this dilemma and explains why those original religious books always have a musical tone.
